Order Requirements:
- Must be the first time you have ordered this product from the online store.
- The returned product must be at least 1/2 full.
- Order must be fewer than 14 days old from delivery.
- Clearance items and bulk items do not apply
We will help you return the item to us after your submission has been approved.
We will issue you a gift card or provide you with an equivalent replacement after we receive your return.

Refund Guidelines:
You can seek a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase thanks to our 30-day return policy.
Your item must be in its original packing, unopened or unused, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is approved, however we do request that you cover the cost of shipping. We won’t accept items that are returned to us without first requesting a return.

Problems and damages
In order for us to assess the problem and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item.
Non-returnable items and exceptions
Some items, such as bulk or discount items, are not returnable. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us. Gift card refunds are sadly not accepted.
Exchanges
Returning the item you currently own is the quickest way to guarantee you receive the new item you choose. If your return is approved, we will either send you an item of comparable value or reimburse you for the difference in price.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically reimbursed. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.

Contact your credit card company if, after 14 days, you still haven’t received your refund; it might take some time for it to be posted.
