Shipping guidelines
Every order made on the site is packaged and shipped from our warehouse located in Charlotte, NC. Upon receiving the order, we print a label, and you will get an email or SMS notification with tracking details once the label has been printed. We operate from Monday to Friday each week, except on certain holidays. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our website! Generally, orders are dispatched either the same day or by the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and collected by a USPS driver. Typically, shipping via USPS takes 2-5 days to deliver within the continental US, but during holiday seasons and peak times, it may take a few additional days.
All orders are dispatched in a plain and unmarked bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
-Receiving tracking information indicates that we have generated the label and your package will be collected by USPS from our warehouse either that day or the following one. They occasionally delay updating the information in their system, but if you have tracking details from us, your package is likely to be shipped out either that day or the following one.
-We appreciate your patience as we are a small business striving to pack and ship everything to you correctly. After we transfer your package to USPS, we lose control over their delivery speed. If you have any concerns regarding the package, you may reach out to USPS support for assistance with a package that is in transit.
Kindly be aware that USPS offers no guarantees on shipping times. If your order is urgent, express shipping may be quicker, but the delivery times are not assured. Shipping charges are likewise non-refundable because of delays caused by the carrier
