Delivery policy
Every order made on the website is packed and shipped from our warehouse located in Charlotte, NC. Upon receiving the order, we generate a label, and you will get an email or SMS notification with tracking details once the label has been printed. We operate from Monday to Friday each week, with some holidays as exceptions. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our website! Usually, orders are dispatched either the same day or, at the latest, the following business day from our warehouse and collected by a USPS driver. Typically, USPS delivery takes 2-5 days to arrive at any location within the continental US, though during holidays and busy periods, it may take a few additional days.
We send all orders in a plain and unmarked bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
If you’ve received tracking information, it indicates that we generated the label and your package will be collected by USPS from our warehouse either on the same day or the following one. Occasionally, they may delay updating their system information, but if you possess tracking details from us, your package ought to be dispatched that day or the following one.

After we transfer your package to USPS, we lose control over their shipping speed. If you have any concerns regarding the package, you can reach out to USPS support for assistance with a package that is en route.
Kindly be aware that USPS does not assure delivery speeds. For time-sensitive orders, express shipping might be quicker, but delivery times are not assured. Shipping charges are likewise non-refundable because of delays caused by the carrier.
