Delivery policy
Every order made on the website is prepared and shipped from our facility in Charlotte, NC. Upon receiving the order, we generate a label, and you will get an email or SMS notification with tracking information once the label is printed. We operate Monday through Friday each week, with some holidays as exceptions. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our site! Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or, at the latest, the following business day from our warehouse and collected by a USPS driver. Typically, USPS shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive anywhere in the continental US, but during holiday seasons and peak times, it may take a few additional days.
All orders are dispatched in a plain and unmarked bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
-Receiving tracking information indicates that we have generated the label, and your package will be collected by USPS from our warehouse either today or the following day. At times, they may delay updating their system’s information, but if you possess tracking details from us, your package is expected to be dispatched that day or the following one.
-We kindly ask for your patience as we’re a small business working hard to ensure everything is packed correctly and sent out to you. After we give your package to USPS, we cannot influence their delivery speed. If you have issues regarding the package, you may reach out to USPS support for assistance with a package that is on the road
-Kindly be aware that USPS does not assure delivery speeds. For time-sensitive orders, express shipping may be quicker, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are likewise non-refundable because of delays caused by the carrier.
