Shipping guidelines
Every order made on the website is packed and shipped from our warehouse located in Charlotte, NC. Upon receiving the order, we generate a label, and you will get an email or SMS notification containing tracking details once the label has been printed. We operate from Monday to Friday each week, with some holidays being exceptions. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our website! Usually, orders are dispatched on the same day or, at the latest, the following business day from our warehouse and collected by a USPS driver. Typically, USPS shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive anywhere in the continental US, but during holiday seasons and busy periods, delivery might take a few additional days.
All orders are sent in a plain and unmarked bubble wrap envelope or a brown cardboard box
