Our Story

When William and Katiana, a young couple who had a deep passion for cannabis, entered the market in 2018, Bay Smokes was born. At the age of 21, William and Katiana were living in Arizona when the Farm Bill was introduced, giving them the opportunity to launch a CBD business.

They traveled the West Coast as nomads for two years, visiting more than 100 farms and extractors to secure the best product for their brand. They started Bay Smokes in 2020 when Delta-8 was booming, knowing that it would eventually become the cannabis business of their dreams.

After releasing THCA flower two years later—the real deal they had been waiting for—they are now eager to sell it across the country, setting new standards in the legal cannabis industry. Since then, the Charlotte, North Carolina-based business has expanded to employ close to 100 people.
